We were founded in March 2024 by Shane Breen, a U.S. Army Veteran, and LeVar Thomas, two partners of 25 years who turned a lifelong passion into one of New York's most respected small-batch cannabis brands. Before you step into any dispensary, let's make sure you're fully informed. New York State legalized adult-use cannabis in 2021, and since then, a regulated marketplace of licensed dispensaries has grown across the five boroughs and statewide. Who Can Purchase Cannabis Legally in NYC
Cannabis is legal for adults 21 years of age and older. That's it. You do not need to be a New York State resident. Your foreign passport is an accepted form of ID — so bring it with you every time. Only Purchase from Licensed Dispensaries
This one is non-negotiable. Unlicensed cannabis sellers — street vendors, smoke shops selling gray-market products, or anyone approaching you informally — are operating outside the law. You have no protection as a consumer when buying from unlicensed sources, and you have no guarantee of what's actually in those products. Licensed dispensaries in New York are strictly regulated, their products are independently lab-tested, and your purchase is fully legal. Stick to licensed shops only.
